The Social Anxiety Symptom Severity (SASS) scale is a self-report questionnaire designed to help individuals assess the intensity of their social anxiety symptoms over the past week. Social anxiety is characterized by feelings of fear, nervousness, or discomfort in social situations, often accompanied by concerns about negative judgment, self-consciousness, and avoidance behaviors.
